Supplier Quality Analyst (On-site or remote)

Our client is seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst to support their Supplier Quality Team. In this role, you will assist with ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes, supplier relationships, and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality systems administration and a strong attention to detail.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, trends, and applications relevant to supplier quality.
• Review Purchase Orders to ensure alignment with Supplier Quality Requirements.
• Provide administrative support for the Supplier Quality Systems mailbox, including reviewing and uploading source inspections and related documentation.
• Review and comprehend Supplier Quality Contractual Deliverable Requirements (CDR) and ensure they are communicated to suppliers.
• Review and interpret Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM) requirements and ensure effective flow-down to suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier-submitted documents for compliance with contracts, specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
• Effectively communicate deficiencies and areas for improvement to the Supplier Quality Engineering Team and suppliers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with key internal teams such as Materials, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
