Join Our Team as a Back Office Administrator!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our dynamic back-office departments? We're looking for a Back Office Admin to join our team and help us excel in HR, Accounting, and firm administration. This position is 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with firm employee events.
- Coordinate HB Volunteer days.
- Assist with employee timecard questions and corrections.
- Assist with the coordination of the Summer Associate Intern Program.
- Maintain an organized record of all season tickets for availability and usage.
- Provide HR clerical support, new hire orientations, firm reporting, tracking, communications.
- Assist with back-office requests
- Handle attorney licensing registration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
