Program Manager Job Description
Summary : Hera Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Manufacturing Program Manager to join our team working in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for multiple projects of varying complexities throughout the entire project life cycle (estimating through delivery), providing internal and external customer support by leading project‐related communications regarding schedule , contract changes , cost versus budget control and quality issues. The successful candidate will take full project management ownership of related activities performed by multi‐disciplined cross‐functional teams.
FLSA Classification : Exempt Salary
Type : Full-time
Work hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm; Some weekend work may be necessary. Hours may be adjusted at the discretion of your supervisor.
Salary Range : $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Reports to : Lead Program Manager
Location : 100% onsite at 1055 E Francis St. Ontario, CA 91761 USA
Essential Job Duties (which include, but not limited to) :
- Interface with customers concerning Purchase Orders and contracts, ensuring that the projects are clearly defined.
- Strong understanding of ERP operating systems.
- Perform assigned project management to produce results on time and within budget, with project status reporting to customers and management.
- Estimate project costs, develop quotes and assist with proposals by interfacing with outside processors and material suppliers.
- Assist with expediting and movement of materials and parts throughout the production process.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time / within budget, adheres to high‐quality standards, and meets customer expectations.
- Responsible for developing project plans and team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; identifying risks and escalating issues appropriately.
- Conduct project status update meetings with management and deliver timely progress reports.
- Work effectively with external & internal resources (consultants, contractors, suppliers and customers) to ensure collaborative partnerships to meet business requirements.
- Manage projects in accordance with AS9100 Standards.
- Support 5-S and adhere to health, safety, and environmental company guidelines.
- Learn to perform cross-functional operations.
