As a critical part of our Quality Team, you will perform in-process, final, and first article inspections, ensuring every component meets the most stringent specifications. From using advanced metrology tools like the FARO inspection arm to managing AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), your expertise will ensure the flawless execution of high-precision projects serving aerospace and defense customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections using FARO arm & Polyworks/Verisurf software.
- Verify paint, anodize, and material specs meet drawing and process requirements.
- Create and review AS9102-compliant FAIRs using InspectionXpert or similar tools.
- Ensure tool calibration and documentation compliance.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits as point-of-contact.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to troubleshoot quality issues.
- Maintain QMS integrity and adherence to AS9100 standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of inspection/quality experience in manufacturing.
- Strong GD&T interpretation skills; blueprint and PO comprehension.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inspection software.
- Familiarity with FARO Arm, Polyworks, Verisurf, and standard measurement tools.
- Team player with a high attention to detail and accountability.
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment (PPE required, standing for long periods).
