Job Summary
Hera Title is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Title Officer / Closer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions by providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating superior knowledge in title services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the closing process, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Title Officer or in a similar role within the title insurance or real estate industry.
- Proven track record in handling complex real estate transactions.
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
- Proficient in title software. Qualia experience is a plus
