Herald Christian Health Center is actively seeking a bilingual (Fluent English Call Center Operator to join our community health center in our headquaters in El Monte. We operate five medical-dental clinics in Southern California with approximately 190 employees. The call volume is very heavy.
- The candidate we seek will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a health care setting.
- Knowledge of public health principles/practices and different health programs is highly desirable.
- The candidate will need to be culturally sensitive to our patients and co-workers.
- Required a variety of office software, including the ability to access and use effectively online portals, tools, and resources effectively.
- The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in English
This is a full-time position.
