Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer contact for inquiries and orders related to printing, promotional items, and embroidery.
- Manage the complete order cycle: from quoting, order entry, proofing, and production coordination to delivery.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls and emails, addressing concerns, and ensuring clear communication.
- Understand product offerings and services to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions with customers and vendors, ensuring design accuracy.
- Track orders and update customers on progress and potential delays.
- Handle post-order issues (returns, exchanges, or reprints) with professionalism.
- Support the sales team with quotes, product recommendations, and other assistance as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
