Job Purpose :
Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering, and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Process payments for customers
- Accurately record transactions in the dealership management system (DMS)
- Various administrative office tasks as directed
