As an Automotive Call Center Representative / BDC Agent at our Centralized Herb Chambers Service BDC you will handle inbound / outbound calls and appointment setting for our service customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a "GO GETTER" and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
- Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
- Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
- Work closely with Service Management, Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.
- Ongoing on-site training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
