Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Owned Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Herb Chambers Lexus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with luxury and European brand vehicles, as well as ASE certification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repair and maintenance work on pre-owned vehicles, adhering to dealership and Lexus standards and procedures. This includes communicating effectively with customers, keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle's repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion
- Communicating with customers regarding the status of their vehicle's repairs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship
- Working effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
