Duties to include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
- Generating estimates
- Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
- Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance
- Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily
Requirements:
- Previous Service Consultant experience
- CDK/ADP Experience
- Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident ability to operate with little supervision
- Process driven, with great organizational skills
- The desire to be successful in a fun, fast-paced, high-volume highly-motivational environment
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- Weekends on Rotation
