JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development (R&D) Associate to join our team. This individual will spearhead our research and development efforts, supervise clinical trials, and prospect for new product opportunities to expand our innovative pipeline. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a strong background in clinical trials, product development, and the health and wellness industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, supervise, and execute clinical trials to assess the safety, efficacy, and quality of our products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards during trials.
- Analyze clinical trial data and compile detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products in the health and wellness space.
- Conduct feasibility studies, including technical and market analysis, to support new product proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on the formulation and development of innovative products.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret research data to inform decision-making and product strategy.
- Present research findings in clear and actionable formats for cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with industry advancements, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct competitor analyses to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align R&D initiatives with company goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the company’s product portfolio.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Extroverted personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2–4 years of proven experience in clinical trials and research.
- Strong background in product development within the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in clinical trial design, data analysis, and technical writing.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and relevant research software.
- Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience in research methodologies, feasibility studies, and market analysis is a plus.
