- Acting as the face of the dispensary greeting customers.
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge on the products carried.
- Providing recommendations on cannabis products based on customer requests and advising customers on proper dosage and safety measures to follow.
- Facilitating the sale.
- Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Effectively follow the sales techniques provided by management.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Maintain safety and security standards and follow all safety and security guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs provided by management.
- Assist management with all retail activities including but not limited to : Stocking products
- Counting inventory
- Assisting with delivery intake
- Merchandising and displays.
- Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
