ERP Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Large Scale ERP Project Management: responsible for full project management process from start to completion, including defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress, and managing budget.
- Influencing and Collaborating with Business Leaders: leading meetings between stakeholders and executives, communicating goals and objectives, and assisting with plans to achieve department objectives.
- Directing Cross-Functional Teams: managing simultaneous project initiatives, directing teams in various divisions, assigning team member responsibilities, and coordinating project resources.
- Solving Problems: working creatively and analytically to identify and remove project roadblocks, escalating issues for resolution, and pivoting project objectives as necessary.
- Fostering Culture of Process Improvement and Optimization: leading process improvement initiatives, establishing best practices, and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies.
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess 15 years of project management and system implementation experience, with ERP implementation being an essential piece. PMP or PMI certification is also highly valued. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects of similar magnitude ($3B revenue and 5,000 employees).
