The Opportunity : As a Plant Health Care Technician with RTEC you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the health of urban trees and landscapes. Your role will be to :
- Work outdoors to assess diagnose and treat plant health issues while contributing to the beautification of urban areas.
- Communicate sincerely and effectively with clients providing education and recommendations on plant health solutions.
- Identify and implement proactive plant health care strategies including pest management and disease prevention.
- Drive and operate company vehicles including commercial vehicles (CDL preferred but not required).
- Maintain detailed records of treatments and recommendations while adhering to safety protocols and environmental best practices.
