Compensation :
- 100% Commission-based with an average earning potential of $80,000 - $240,000 per year.
- Weekly draw against commission bank as a W-2 employee.

Inspect and measure residential and commercial buildings to create accurate project proposals and material lists.Develop proposals and deliver digital presentations, highlighting our unique selling points to the property owner.Follow up on unsold proposals, ensuring a positive customer experience.Meet key performance indicators such as sales targets and closing percentages.Daily travel required, but no overnights.Qualifications :
