Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Feed Mill Operator to join our team at Herbruck Poultry Ranch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized working environment, stocking supplies, and performing various duties as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness around receiving and loading areas
- Stocking supplies: bagging ingredients
- Unloading bagged ingredients
- Inventorying bagged ingredients
- Performing other duties assigned by management
- Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery
Working Conditions: The Feed Mill Operator will be working in a farm environment with dusty conditions, requiring the ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods.
Physical Demands: The successful candidate must be able to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 pounds continuously throughout the day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Power Industrial Truck certified
- Possession of Welding/Grinding certification is preferred
