The District Manager of Operations oversees the management of all assigned branches within a specific region to ensure equipment rental services are executed in the most cost-effective manner with the highest quality of standards. Responsible for establishing and maintaining operations, organizations, and processes that support the strategic objectives of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and asset management including profitability. Lead sales, operations and fleet management for multiple locations.
- Profit and loss responsibilities for all branches in respective zone
- Employee engagement that results in positive relationship and employee satisfaction
- Build and develop talent of team including performance management, training, delegation, and accountability
- Lead sales to grow customer base and market share
- Establish relationships with customers that leads to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Fleet management including identifying needs, high levels of utilization, and protection of assets
- Problem solving for both strategic and tactical issues
- Maintain and improve competitive position by analysis of market and knowledge of competitors
- Ensure cost effectiveness of all operations while maintaining high quality standards using process improvement tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Adminsitration
- Ability to travel
- Computer competence
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Good judgement and strong decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Range: $150,000 to $190,000
