- Develop and Maintain Preventative Maintenance Schedules: Create and adhere to a consistent schedule for performing preventative maintenance on all Herc-owned fleet at your branch.
- Operate and Test Equipment: Ensure that all equipment meets Herc Rentals' quality and efficiency standards by conducting regular tests and inspections.
- Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs: Independently perform routine maintenance and repairs on all Herc fleet equipment and trucks, including diagnosing internal combustion engines, DC electrical systems, propane systems, hydraulics, and fuel systems.
