Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements, and assorted services.
- Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, including fuel system problems, electrical malfunctions, and hydraulic system failures.
- Supervise and train junior Mechanics, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance or repair.
