Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading our team of Mechanics and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform major repairs on equipment using hand tools, machine tools, and measuring instruments.
- Assign and direct work to Mechanics.
- Monitor work orders and address complaints and resolve problems effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and propane systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 LBs.
- Ability to operate large, heavy machinery.
- Customer service skills and ability to understand time management.
