The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our ERP system and external systems, ensuring seamless integration and data flow. This role will also coordinate efforts across multiple departments to gather data, requirements, and testing.

What you will do...
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Research and Document Requirements:
- Conduct thorough analysis of ongoing changes, impacts to business processes and requirements for boundary application implications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and understood by all relevant parties.
- Continuously review and refine requirements to align with evolving business needs and objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Coordinate with testing teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate boundary applications against business requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure applications meet quality standards.
- Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all testing activities are thoroughly documented and that test results are communicated to stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on boundary applications and related processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within boundary applications and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience in ERP, POS systems and the associated boundary applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., RentalMan, Oracle).
