Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals, preferences, and needs.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients, fostering strong relationships that enhance engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve programs and introduce innovative solutions to meet client demands.
- Monitor and analyze client progress using available tools and systems, offering adjustments to ensure optimal results.
- Meet or exceed client onboarding and retention targets by maintaining excellent communication and follow-through.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in fitness, nutrition, and health coaching to bring cutting-edge insights to the team.
Required:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Certification (CNC).
- Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and health coaching principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, providing a supportive and motivational environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience with online coaching platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret fitness metrics and data to create actionable plans.
- Specialized certifications or degrees in areas like sports nutrition, strength training, or weight management.
