Responsibilities:
- Manage project information and stakeholder communication
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct site visits to track progress and address project issues
- Facilitate entitlement and permitting processes through city meetings
- Accurately model and document projects using Revit and AutoCAD
- C coordinate drawings with code compliance, consultant inputs, and design requirements
- Oversee and manage job captains and project assistants to ensure smooth workflow
- Review drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Attend and lead coordination and client meetings
- Define and oversee project specifications to meet design and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Oversee construction administration and resolve on-site challenges
- Maintain quality control of drawings and consistency
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Facilitate consultant coordination and integrate client vision and technical requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Revit and experience with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
