We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team in Newburgh, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating personal injury claims, handling underinsured motorist cases, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including defense counsel and insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate assigned claim files to maximize value within defined parameters.
- Act as a primary information source for defendants and underinsured carriers regarding personal injury claims.
- Manage incoming calls from potential clients, assessing cases to determine acceptance, referral, or rejection.
- Ensure accuracy of case data and maintain up-to-date records.
- Document case activity, including calls, demands, and offers, to ensure seamless file transitions.
- Provide case updates to relevant parties as necessary.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
