The Development Associate supports the Department by managing donor relations, event coordination, and administrative tasks. Working closely with the Director of Development, this role ensures smooth departmental operations, enabling a focus on strategic initiatives and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; donor management software preferred.
- 1–2 years of nonprofit development or related experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Grant-seeking and project management experience preferred.
- Valid, clean NYS driver’s license.
