Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
Duration : 6 weeks (with potential for extension, but no guarantee)
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Porter to assist with property maintenance tasks during our maintenance supervisor's leave. This temporary role offers the possibility of becoming long-term, though it will remain part-time if extended.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver notices to tenants as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs (no ladders or power tools required).
- Clean common areas, including two laundry rooms and community spaces.
- Ensure the property remains clean and organized.
