Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting Sales Enablement Managers by creating impactful content, facilitating training sessions, managing schedules, and maintaining internal communication within the CCO organization. This role involves managing Highspot, utilizing tools like Synthesia, Camtasia, and Murph for content creation, and ensuring the effective delivery of enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled in delivering high-quality sales enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, training videos, and presentations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to sales teams.
  • Manage Highspot, ensuring content organization and accessibility for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align content with sales strategies.
  • Monitor content engagement and training effectiveness, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of large-scale enablement initiatives, such as sales kickoffs and product launch training.
  • Provide support for internal CCO communication, ensuring key messages are effectively delivered to sales teams.
  • Assist in maintaining a content repository, ensuring materials are up-to-date and aligned with business priorities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for sales teams, addressing their enablement needs and providing timely support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Canva.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Synthesia etc.,) for training content.
