What You’ll Do:
- Coach and support teachers in implementing engaging, high-quality curricula in their classrooms.
- Conduct weekly observations to provide helpful feedback and ensure classrooms shine.
- Monitor lesson plan fidelity and daily schedules to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with teachers to overcome curriculum challenges and brainstorm creative solutions.
- Attend parent involvement events and activities outside of regular hours to strengthen family connections.
- Handle sensitive and confidential data with professionalism.
- Stay up to date on state regulations, policies, and classroom expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Required Education & Experience:
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- Proficiency with technology (iPads, Google Drive, Adobe, OneNote, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least one year of experience working with children (up to age 12)
- Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s in ECE, Elementary Ed, or Special Ed
- 2 years of experience in teaching or child-focused roles
- Knowledge of Conscious Discipline strategies (training available)
- Organized, approachable, reliable, and professional
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, Food Handler’s Permit, CDA, or NAC
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit on the floor, stand quickly, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
