- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide information to callers regarding the company or organization
- Route calls to appropriate personnel or departments
- Screen calls and take messages as needed
- Process calls efficiently and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
- All other duties as assigned.
