Key Responsibilities:
Assist in-clinic dialysis patients with pre- and post-treatment care.
Support home dialysis patients (peritoneal & amp; hemodialysis) by providing essential care and guidance.
Monitor and report vital signs, fluid removal, and patient condition.
Ensure proper infection control and dialysis safety procedures.
Work alongside nurses and nephrologists to provide high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on home dialysis best practices and assist with adherence.
Qualifications:
✔ CCHT Certification (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) required.
✔ Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience (clinic or home dialysis preferred).
✔ Strong patient care and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and adapt to different care settings.
✔ CPR/BLS Certification (Preferred).
