Your Opportunity: CHEER/CHAMP PROGRAM ASSOCIATE [Associate, Championship Rings]
What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis
- Sales and Marketing
- Assist with the development and implementation of event marketing and planning.
- Actively engage with cheerleaders, coaches, and parents to communicate the value and significance of championship rings.
- Assist with the onsite execution of championship events.
- Handle inquiries regarding ring designs, sizes, and pricing.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth transaction experience for customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain detailed records of sales and customer interactions.
- Manage logistics for the production and delivery of championship rings, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, teams, and event producers.
- Administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Develop and optimize processes for order tracking and customer follow-up.
- Review and update customer account status.
- Partner with Finance and Customer Service to streamline billing processes for all Champ products.
- Lead management.
- Manage cheer and dance leads at the state and national level.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Outstanding ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to leverage a network of functional partnerships.
- Ability to travel to cheerleading events or competitions as needed.
- Willing to work outside of “normal” business hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Cheer background is a plus but not required.
- Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
- Withstanding long hours on your feet.
- Reading, communication, math.
- Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
- Noise level at events is usually moderate to above.
