Your Opportunity :
The Herff Jones Greek Sales Team is looking for a National Account Manager to join our HJ Family.
Position Summary : This non commission national account manager position is responsible for the account management of customers specifically within the Greek letter organization market segments : NPC market (National Panhellenic Conference / sorority) customers, NPHC market (National Pan-Hellenic Conference / Divine Nine), NIC market (North American Interfraternity Conference / fraternity) customers, PFA (Professional Fraternity Association) market and ACHS (Association of College Honor Society) market as well as other GLO market segments, by handling all aspects of customer's official jewelry program, and graduation, and ceremony regalia as requested.
This account manager position will include working directly with customers at all levels, HJ operations management personnel, HJ digital marketing, and creative departments to ensure customers' complete satisfaction in quality, products, delivery, and service. In this role you will have regular interaction with key decision makers within customer's organization and within HJ leadership.
What we want you to accomplish :
The National Account Manager role will manage the business to client relationship with specific customers. You will keep a focus on the specific requirements of the customer with sales retention and penetration. You will need to plan and explain how the company can meet those needs.
Daily displays of working in a fashion that adheres to the company values :
- 30 days - display an eagerness to learn the role and prove themselves dependable.
- 60 days - gain an understanding of the daily tasks and operational aspects of how the account manager role fits into the overall college division, Warwick jewelry operations, Cap and Gown plants; establish priorities, introduction to customers. Attend trade shows and selling events.
- 90 days - independently service, sell to and manage the first assigned allotment of Greek letter customers. Attend trade shows and selling events.
Core Objectives :
Achieve 98% renewal of customer contracts expiring within calendar year.
Represent HJ at customers' selling events with target goal of increasing sales 5% YOY.
Establish sales criteria for smaller GLO (Greek Letter Organizations) membership organizations.
