Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding veterinary services and pet care.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to explain procedures and treatments to pet owners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using computer systems.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal care for animals.
- Educate clients on pet care, including wellness and preventative care as well as post visit home care instructions.
