We are a family-owned small practice in the Inland Empire seeking to add an experienced Client Service Representative . Our staff consists of 2 doctors, 5 RVTs, 4 VAs, 2 CSRs, and 1 Kennel Tech who strive to better themselves and those around them. To do this we offer the following:

As an CSR, you'll be vital in giving top-notch care to our patients, pet parents and helping to support our veterinary team. Therefore we are looking for someone who feels confident to be placed into this role and perform the duties that include (but at not limited to):
- A happy, positive and outgoing personality that is glad to engage with both clients and other staff members.
- Someone who exhibits a thirst for knowledge and wants to continually grow within themselves as well as within the company.
- Keep detailed medical records.
- Keeping a clean and tidy working area.
- Confidence in explaining the why behind medical recommendations (with training).
- Confidence in answering phones, greeting clients and replying to emails.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- 1 year working experience in a veterinary field.
- Working experience in a customer service based role.
- Skill in managing kennels and handling animals
- Understanding of critical cases and animal physiology
- Knowledge of pet care and grooming
- Familiarity with vet terminology and procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing, as well as good grammar, as this role necessitates maintaining accurate medical records.
