Job Summary:
The SVP/IT Infrastructure and Client Support will be responsible for managing the Infrastructure team and Client Support team of system and network administrators to maintain continuous highly secure Bank operations, fix what’s broken, minimize disruptions, secure email and data, plan and deliver projects for new and replacement technologies. Additionally, the SVP will be responsible for leading the team to effectively resolving end-user PC support issues including personal computer hardware and software, networking, printing, and mainframe connectivity.
Pay Range: Base Compensation is dependent upon role, experience, and skill set: Min- $119,460/yr Max- $199,100/yr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Play a positive role in the management, development and growth of assigned department staff through excellent communication skills along with strong delegation skills assuring a highly cross-trained staff:
- Manage Infrastructure team within Information Technology department with system and network administrators
- Provide supervisory support and monitor work production of Client Support team
- Hire and manage contractors, as necessary
- Manage and lead Information security initiatives and projects and ensure critical protection of company data:
- Comply with Banking laws and regulations
- Participate in audits and regulatory exams, plan and write audit responses and remediation, and deliver remediation with the team and IT department
- Manage outside vendors and service providers, manage all renewals, quotes and contracts, and system resellers
- Manage and report on department budget
- Plan and deliver long-term vision and strategy for bank infrastructure
- Develop process improvement processes, including teaching and documentation, to minimize system disruptions in addition to troubleshooting and fixing those that arise
- Manage replacements of current technologies, as well as review, selection, and deployment of new technologies
- Work with CIO and all other Information Technology department-head colleagues as part of a collaborative IT senior staff
- Spearhead architectural planning, consultation, evaluation, and advisory for all changes and new systems
- Compile monthly metrics and reporting as needed
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- A demonstrated record of success with 10 years of Information Systems experience
- Broad experience with Windows server based networks and systems and highly efficient in system maintenance, applications, network, security, disaster recovery plans, and email systems
- Proven time management and problem solving skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and make necessary decisions within a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work in an autonomous manner
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to foster a collaborate team environment
- Ability to provide support on evenings and weekends including on call availability

The employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job-related laws and regulations and must maintain current compliance knowledge by attending compliance related training seminars and staff meetings and by reading pertinent compliance related materials.
