As a Loan Support Representative, you will be an essential part of our Lending Department, ensuring loans are processed accurately and efficiently. From preparing loan documents to coordinating with title companies, you will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do!
- Prepare and process loan documents for new loans and renewals
- Organize loan file documents according to loan type
- Coordinate loan closings with title companies and ensure proper funding
- Prepare escrow instructions and send necessary documents to title companies
- Input loan details into the bank’s system with accuracy
- Set up and maintain loan-related reminders and ticklers
- Process loan renewals and updates in the system
- Research and resolve customer inquiries
- Process loan payments and credit line draw requests
- Prepare and update demand statements for title companies and customers
- Handle paid loan files, including reconveyances and title releases
- Prepare refund checks and maintain organized records
- Answer calls and assist customers with loan-related inquiries
- Maintain loan department files and ensure compliance with procedures
- Sort and distribute mail, file documents, and assist with general office tasks

- Experience in banking or loan processing is required
Where You’ll Work & What to Expect
You'll be working in a comfortable, climate-controlled office with a great team and a collaborative atmosphere. While it’s mostly a desk job, there can be a little bit of movement involved to keep things interesting!
- You’ll spend a good part of your day sitting and working at a computer, working with paper and electronic files.
- Occasionally, you’ll stand, walk, reach, or even crouch (though we promise, not too much crouching!).
- From time to time, you may need to lift or move up to 20 pounds—nothing too heavy, but just enough to keep you on your toes.
- You’ll need to be comfortable using office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers.
- Reliability is key—we count on our team to be punctual and present.
- In rare cases, you may need to work extended hours or travel off-site.
- If there’s an emergency, you should be able to navigate stairs safely.
