What You'll Do
As a Bank Teller, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions.
- Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions.
- Learning and growing through training opportunities-including potential cross-training in new accounts.
About You

We're looking for someone:
- Who has at least six months of customer service experience-banking experience is a plus!
- Is comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions.
- Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers.
- Has strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Is eager to learn and grow in the banking industry.
Where You'll Work & What to Expect
You'll be working in a comfortable, climate-controlled office with a great team and a collaborative atmosphere. While it's mostly a counter type desk job, there's a lot of movement involved to keep things interesting!
Here's what you can expect:
- You'll spend a good part of your day standing and working at a computer, helping customers, and handling transactions.
- Occasionally, you'll sit, walk, reach, or even crouch (though we promise, not too much crouching!).
- From time to time, you may need to lift or move up to 30 pounds-nothing too heavy, but just enough to keep you on your toes.
- You'll need to be comfortable using office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers.
- Reliability is key-we count on our team to be punctual and present.
- In rare cases, you may need to work extended hours or travel off-site.
- If there's an emergency, you should be able to navigate outside safely.
- We also want to make sure you can see all the important details! This role requires close and distance vision, color recognition, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
