Position Summary
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance includes task in multiple fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumping, basic commercial pool operations etc.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Performs maintenance duties as assigned by Facilities Maintenance Engineer.
· Inspects building and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs, making notes and recommendations using a pre-established check list.
· Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement on repair of fixtures, (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.), using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
· Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).
· Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and vanishes, hanging doors, fixing locks and handles, etc.).
· Maintain clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other areas.
· Additional duties and responsibilities are subject to the direction of the Club Manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Superior service skills and the ability to deal with problems while maintaining poise under pressure.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

· Must be comfortable and able to work on a ladder with a height of 20 feet.
· Walk over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/ or service ramps.
· Performs repetitive task with few breaks.
· Able to work day and/or evening, long, late and early start times, as well as weekends and holidays.
· Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop or kneel.
· Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.79 - $23.83 per hour
