The Position: The Sales & Leadership Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives while fostering strong relationships with partners. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building lasting connections with key stakeholders, and ensuring the organization achieves its business development goals. By maintaining a deep understanding of the organization's offerings and market trends, the Sales & Partnership Lead acts as a trusted advisor to both clients and partners. Additionally, this role is focused on cultivating and managing strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's service delivery and expand its reach. The Sales & Partnership Lead collaborates across departments to align sales and partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives, ensuring a seamless and unified approach to growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key strategic partners to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing needs and facilitating collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and staff, understanding their needs and aligning tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to ensure successful collaboration.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment between sales and partnership efforts.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner and client insights to improve offerings.
- Coordinate with leadership to align sales and partnership goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Track and analyze sales and partnership performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, and use data insights to refine sales and partnership strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities and threats to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and training to team members involved in sales and partner relationships.
- Stay current on best practices in sales and partnership management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Proven track record of developing and closing strategic partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when appropriate, and function in a high-paced environment
