What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehabilitation Technician position at Heritage Center at Holiday Health Care?
The Heritage Center and Horizons Rehabilitation is hiring a rehab technician to join our team! The rehab technician will assist the therapy department with tasks under the direction of licensed therapists.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- No holidays or weekends
In this role, you will:
- Transport patients/residents to and from designated areas
- Prepare patients/residents for treatment and assist with treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist
- Clean and maintain the therapy gym and treatment areas
- Assist with ordering equipment and supplies
- Perform activities including standing, lifting (up to 60 lbs unassisted), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and twisting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA license
- Experience in Long Term Care as a CNA or Therapy Tech preferred
