Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and determine their vehicle needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, employing strong phone etiquette.
- Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related dealership environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking abilities.
- Ability to engage in cold calling while maintaining professionalism.
- A strong understanding of upselling techniques and their application in a sales context.
