What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Heritage Chevrolet?
A Southwest Michigan Chevrolet Dealership is seeking candidates for a Service Advisor position.
Automotive Service Advisor Primary functions:
- Greet customers promptly
- Gather customer information
- Obtain accurate information regarding customer concerns
- Coordinate and monitor progress of vehicle repairs
- Communicate with technicians and customers
- Maintain accurate documentation electronically and on paper
Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma, or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have general computer knowledge
- Must have general automotive knowledge
- Must be able to perform well under pressure
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area
- Some experience preferred
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm
**Hours are flexible, coordinated with other staff**
***One to two Saturdays a month required***
