Heritage Chevrolet is seeking candidates for a New Car Sales Manager position.
New Car Sales Manager Primary functions:
- Grow new car sales volume and profits
- Oversee daily new car sales operation
- Collaborate with used car and F&I managers
- Lead, motivate, coach, train and monitor sales staff
- Develop sales forecasts, set goals and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Maintain inventory with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all dealership/government/industry requirements
- Foster customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned
New Car Sales Manager Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Maintain diligent work habits
- Ability to problem solve
- Communicate with transparency and integrity
- Must have a valid driver’s license
