Salary:
$13/hr-14/hr
Qualifications:
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree, Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred, CDA
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
· Must have early childhood experience
· Must be able to accept and uphold the Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of HCS
· Must be available to be on school grounds as required by work schedule
· Must be agreeable to terms set forth in the HCS Personnel Manual
· Will follow all published policies and procedures
· Adhere to HCS dress code
· Able to pass Ohio Revised Code required background check and drug/alcohol testing
· CPR/AED infant, child, adult, First Aid, Communicable Disease Recognition and Prevention, and Child Abuse Prevention training required (will train if necessary)
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Provides instruction and care for three and/or four year old students enrolled.
· Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum ensuring alignment with the Early Learning Developmental Standards (ELDS).
· Implement weekly Lesson Plan to encompass large/small group activities, fine/gross motor activities, academic and cognitive focus, and Biblical principles.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information regarding students, families, and teachers.
· Work to positively resolve parent and student issues as they arise.
· Provide supervision to maintain ratio.
· Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
