Pay for this position: $20.55 / hr
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Responsibilities
Basic Responsibilities: Working under the direction of the Director of Residential & Day Services and the Regional VP of WNY Operations and Advancement, has the responsibility for supervising the daily activities of the participants and site maintenance. To support and promote the mission, vision and values of Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

Qualifications:
- Required to have experience in a human service field and at least one-year experience in working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of High School diploma or high school equivalency; college experience preferred
- Must show evidence of supervisory and administrative skills.
- A valid, New York state driver’s license that is in compliance with Agency motor vehicle record standards.
- Strong communication skills
- The physical ability to lift and transfer people who rely on wheelchairs for mobility
- Ability to use a computer efficiently
