To do this we are intentional about creating engaging environments for authentic biblical community that mobilize people to live on mission.Each member of the Heritage Church team takes a "how can I help" approach to ministry. While each team member has individual areas of responsibility, there is a sense of collaboration and support that permeates our culture. There is no task below a team member at Heritage and if we see something that needs to be done, we do it! Humility is the highest honor at Heritage.Objective : Through creative initiatives, communication and collaboration, help tell the ongoing story of Heritage Church in an effort to support our mission to Help People Find and Follow Jesus.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic planner who works with Executive leadership to craft the message, look and feel of the church.Marketing and communications expert with outstanding experience in all forms of PR, marketing and communications to church members, stakeholders and community audiences.Produces, manages, and curates graphic and video content for use in weekend services, social media, external communications and digital.Assists in developing creative ideas, experiences and elements for weekend services. Maintains a process and leads a team to meet regularly for the purpose of planning and executing these ideas.Own the vision from pitch to delivery, while leading through a well-executed project management process.Consults with campuses, staff members and departments on the development of branding, visuals and collateral content for use in digital, print and web communication for ministries, special events, campaigns, etc.Responsible for owning and championing the Heritage Creative request and approval process, utilizing Basecamp for project management and efficient execution of content.Attends weekly and specially scheduled meetings.The Perfect Fit is : A committed, growing and passionate follower of Jesus Christ.Organized and systematic in time management.Creative thinker, collaborative, and leader of people.Motivated by achieving new goals, objectives; risk taker.Experienced in graphic design, film-making and web development.Distinct understanding of cutting-edge trends.Must have determination and initiative to achieve responsibilities in an intense ministry environment.We would love to see : Worship Leading experience.Public speaking / preaching and teaching experience.Existing amazing vendor relationships.
