Our Director of Healthcare (LPN) Will : Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of residents by working with team members, other medical care providers and our residents families.Implement policies and procedures and develop processes that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.Train and develop the Health Services team to provide high quality care and use necessary software systems.Assess potential residents for appropriateness, create and maintain care plans and ensure all necessary care is delivered.
