The Heritage at Fountain Point is Hiring!
Our Receptionists Will:
- Provide administrative support for the community, maintain confidential records, and updates schedules.
- Ensure callers, residents and visitors are welcomed and screened as needed.
- Assist in ensuring the community office runs efficiently.
- Build strong relationships in a positive team environment throughout the community.
Our Receptionists Have:
- 1 years of experience in a receptionist role (preferred).
- The ability to communicate well in person, through email and over the phone.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of business software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
