About the Role: As a Life Enrichment Specialist, you will design and implement programs that cater to residents' unique needs and interests, promoting their physical, social, spiritual, sensory, and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with individual and group activities, ensuring residents' safety and enjoyment.
- Transport residents to scheduled events, outings, and appointments, maintaining timely arrivals.
- Maintain supply levels, notifying supervisors of needs, and monitor event calendars for opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and a current driver's license with insurance.
- Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, and policies, including Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, and more.
